Job Description

• Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy aligned with our business goals, driving talent acquisition, engagement, development, and retention.
• Lead the development and execution of a global employer branding strategy that attracts and retains top talent from diverse backgrounds.
• Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, career development, and succession planning.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, belonging, and psychological safety, ensuring all employees feel valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
• Partner with senior leaders across the organization to align people strategy with business objectives and drive organizational change.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and data-driven environment.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and technologies, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the employee experience.

The Successful Applicant

• 15+ years of experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally in a global organization.
• A proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
• Deep expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
• A strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) and a commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• The ability to think strategically, build relationships, and influence at all levels.
• A passion for people and a deep understanding of the changing world of work.
