- Multiple Outlets Management
- Responsible in outlet sales performance & outlet costing (P&L)
- Set sales targets and performance goals for the retail team, guiding them to achieve or exceed these targets
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Responsible in managing multiple outlets operations
- Collaborate with the Operation team to create appealing product displays that attract and engage customers.
- Retail Team Training
- Train and develop the retail team to offer excellent customer service
- Recruit and Build team for the Outlet
- Conduct appraisals for all outlet staffs with regularly meeting with them to set common goals and delegate key tasks to them to maximize their potentials
- Quality Assurance
- Formulate and execute project delivery plans
- Monitoring performance of project through key metrics, provide periodical performance reviews, and generate insights and recommendations to senior management
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and maintain consistent operations across all store locations.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Conduct regular quality audits to maintain high food and beverage standards.
- New Shop Development
- Travel outbound to set up new outlet
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team to facilitate the timely delivery of merchandise to stores
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations
- New Product Launching
- Analyse data, identify trends, and work with cross-functional teams to launch new flavourin each quarter
- collect Feedback from internal and external user for new product launching
- Deep Understanding in Malaysian flavour to ensure new product R&D process
