Airswift is seeking for a Senior Project Engineer to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Lead for the development and the execution of the projects, ensure the technical coordination for the execution of the projects. Manage all steps of the project and ensure appropriate resources are secured for all stages of the project execution. Prepare all project documents necessary to validate the various steps of the project. Prepare all contract documents to execute the phases of the project with the Company department and be the focus point of contract for any technical aspect. Liaise with the Corporate technical division and the company technical entities for any technical points linked to the project. Ensure that the HSE aspects are properly highlighted and covered through all phases of the project in line with the Company rules. Ensure adequate and timely reporting to the manager. To assist the manager with the relations with partners regarding project matters and prepare / anticipate as required to Workshop / Committee meeting.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  1. Education: Engineering degree
  2. Professional Experience: With 15 years of experience working in the petroleum industry. Offshore background, engineering / construction brownfield experience.
  3. Competency (Behavior & Technical)
    • Technical and engineering skills in various disciplines
    • Familiar with Technical Corporate Division and good knowledge of in DGEP referential, international standard and multidiscipline
    • Experience in projects, engineering, contract, and execution phases
    • Effective time management to meet deadlines, managing work and performance, planning, and organizing, decisiveness, leading work team, results orientation, and multicultural awareness
    • Good communication skill and multitasking thinking
    • Show greater initiative and ability to solve defined problems under minimum supervision
