About the job Solution Architect Solutions Architect Job Description: The role of the Solutions Architect is to lead and support ATSGs sales team in generating new monthly reoccurring revenue (MRR) for our IT Outsourcing (ITO) business. The ideal candidate will provide pre-sales, post-sales and bid management services in close collaboration with Practice Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, and Commercial Management. Responsibilities:
- Business Requirements definition Understanding of total solution
- Opportunity assessment
- Analysis of RFP/RPI/RFQ documents
- Discoveries/scoping workshops; interview and collect requirements directly from customers/prospects
- Sales calls
- Conference calls
- Customer presentations
- Create scope documents
- Creation of solution implementation effort / pricing
- Create/edit Master Outsourcing Agreements (MOAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Create customer proposals
- Write specific responses to RFP questions/requirements
- Pricing
- Networking
- Backup / Disaster recovery
- IT Lifecycle Management
- Participate in establishing technical architecture
- Coordinate and interact with practices on design
- Technical requirements definition
- Capacity
- Scalability
- Interoperability
- Recoverability
- Expert level knowledge in Manufacturer based technology solutions such as Cisco, Palo Alto, Microsoft, and others
- Ability to create cross manufacturer, technology enabled solutions, and position the appropriate delivery and management methodology of said technologies into a customer environment
- 10+ years of IT sales support, account management and service delivery experience
- Experience in selling / supporting significant and complex IT Outsourcing Solutions including service desk, desk side services, infrastructure support, RIM, cloud computing models, data center hosting and support services, security services, ERP applications (e.g. SAP, Oracle), consulting and implementation / transition planning.
