Accounts Executive

Established property investment company located near to Masjid Jamek LRT station looking for suitably qualified candidate for Accounts Executive position. Working hours 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Monday to Friday).   Responsibilities:

• to handle full set of accounts, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of monthly management accounts
• generate monthly billings and monitoring collections from customers
• handle payments to creditors / suppliers
• monitoring and managing company’s cash flow 
• perform reconciliations, prepare accounts schedule and maintain/filing of accounting documents to support accounting entries
• prepare payroll including online submission of statutory forms / payments
• perform daily operations of the Accounts Department and other administrative functions
• to liaise with auditors, tax agent, company secretary, bankers, consultants and etc

  Requirements:

• possess minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting
• at least 3 years of working experience preferable in rental of real properties, hotel or property management company
• able to handle audit and tax matters
• computer literate, preferably with hands-on knowledge using Excel, Words and Advelsoft Accounting Software
• mature personality, reliable, possess self-initiative, able to work independently and have attention to details
• able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
