We're your neighbourhood one-stop shop for all things shipping, from sending packages domestically and internationally, to handling convenient Lazada and Shopee drop-offs. We are looking for someone who is: • A multi-tasker - Juggling packing, customer service, and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-savvy - Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word and Excel) to prepare shipments and navigate online platforms is a must. • A people person - Able to interact with customers, building rapport, and providing exceptional service with a smile. • A team player - Enjoy working alongside colleagues to ensure smooth operations. • Independent when needed - You can take initiative and handle tasks efficiently without constant supervision.
