Company Strength: 100+ Job Description: Responsibilities: Role Overview: As the Software Lead / IT Head, you will play a pivotal role in driving our technical strategy, overseeing software development projects, leading DevOps practices, and managing deployments for both online cloud and offline servers. Your extensive industry experience and deep knowledge of various technology stacks, combined with your expertise in SaaS and PaaS-based solution architecture, as well as your proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases, will contribute to the growth and success of our organization. Responsibilities:

• Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to our software development and IT teams.
• Develop and implement technology roadmaps that align with business objectives and drive innovation.
• Manage the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
• Mentor, guide, and inspire a team of engineers, ensuring a high level of technical excellence and continuous growth.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and operations.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technology stacks based on project requirements and industry best practices.
• Lead architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance of our systems.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines effectively.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and infrastructure as code.
• Oversee deployment strategies for both online cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and offline servers.
• Utilize your experience in SaaS and PaaS-based solution architecture to design efficient and scalable solutions.
• Leverage your expertise in both SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) databases to optimize data storage and retrieval.
• Ensure smooth releases and updates, minimizing downtime and ensuring system reliability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends, and make recommendations for their integration.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15 to 20 years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading successful software development projects from conception to delivery.
• Deep expertise in multiple technology stacks, such as [list of relevant stacks, e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Ruby on Rails, MEAN/MERN, etc.].
• Strong understanding of software architecture, microservices, cloud computing, and containerization.
• Extensive experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment.
• Familiarity with online cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deploying on offline servers.
• Proven expertise in designing and architecting SaaS and PaaS-based solutions.
• Proficiency in both SQL and NoSQL databases , with hands-on experience in databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve ambitious goals.
