Main Purpose of Job To support engagement teams in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagements / projects. The core focus of this position is the design, development, and on-going support of customer applications and objects within Salesforce. com. Required qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Commerce, Law, Engineering or related
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience ideally in either a technical (developer) or functional (business analyst) role including at least 1 years’ experience in Salesforce
  • Minimum of 3 Salesforce Certifications
  • Experience with various Salesforce modules including: Marketing, Communities, and Salesforce Lightning, Salesforce connect, journey builder, automation studio, contact builder, data designer
  • Proven track record in leading initiatives and managing small projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of people
  • Ability to liaise with clients and to build and maintain trusting and value-added client relationships
  • Proven ability to effectively prioritize workload and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Preferred qualifications and experience:
  • Postgraduate qualification, relevant to area of specialization
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Experience in consulting
