In this newly created role, you will be responsible for leading a team of training specialists and the primary purpose is to develop Capability frameworks that will deliver an improved customer experience. This role is responsible for creating and implementing operational learning standards whilst building capability within the front-line teams across CX (and Mobility). While responsible for traditional training programme delivery and instructional design for the Experience Division, the Head of Capability works with the NZAA Organisational Capability team to ensure there is alignment relating to leadership, compliance, induction, values, and behaviours.

- You'll have an understanding of adult learning, effective training methodologies and tools.
- You will have the ability to comfortably work in ambiguous, dynamic, and fast paced environments.
- You'll have the ability to make technical sound simple, having a strong business/commercial lens to delivering training to a diverse audience.
