About the role We are currently recruiting for Project Manager for Customer Contact Centre in Doha. In this role, you will oversee and manage large to complex diverse and/or strategic projects related to planning, coordinating, implementing, timing, functionality, quality and cost for the Contact Center network that have a wide impact across the business. You will Lead the strategic discussion about the next development phase of CCC. Your specific responsibilities includes:

  • Own the change management to scope in order to define the project management requirement both functionally and non-functionally.
  • Serves as a focal point for a variety of projects that are typically moderate to complex/challenging, sensitive and/or critical to the business in nature. Leads projects for CCC in the area of business process implementation and optimization, property decisions and technology enhancements.
  • Directs all the functional groups involved with a pre-defined project in order to meet all project requirements in terms of time, functionality, quality and cost.
  • Analyses and makes decisions on CCC projects, considering project functionality, cost, schedule and quality and making trade-offs, as appropriate, for each project being managed.
  • Develop complex project plans to support successful project delivery.
  • Formulates and manages project plans to include – management of deliverables, determination and tracking of project schedules including commercial milestones, regular project reviews and reporting.
  • Defines forecasts, manages and reports on project resources (capital, expenses). Reviews the release and detailed functional specifications to ensure project compliance.
  • Analyses and manages project changes, manages quality assurance deliverables and is responsible for ongoing risk management.
  • Meet pre-defined project commitments and acts as the main point of contact for the project.
  • Lead the estimation activities. Review the estimates and communicate to all stakeholders in order to plan for required budget and resources to successfully execute the project.
  • Periodically take corrective measures and communicate to all stakeholders as per the communication plan, schedule, monitor, review and control all the project phases – requirements gathering, design, architecture, development, testing and implementation in their entirety in order to deliver projects successfully and as per project goals.
  • To participate, lead proposal preparation, design the solution, keeping the organizational imperatives, prepare and review the estimations, capture the inputs from stakeholders, liaison for required approvals and take the bottom line for response delivery.
  • Drives the next phase of strategic development for CCC.
  • Liaise with government bodies and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are provided with timely and accurate project information and updates.
  • Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

  • High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 9 years of job-related experience .
  • Aviation or Tourism Management.
  • A senior management position in the contact centre industry managing large scale operations.
  • A senior management position within multi-site contact centre networks.
  • Project Management experience at an advanced level, is preferred.

  • Ability to negotiate and present at executive management level.
  • M anagerial skills - Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow.
