- Developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs, company policies, and procedures
- Monitoring and reviewing the organization's compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Identifying potential compliance risks and developing strategies to mitigate these risks
- Providing guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Responding to and investigating allegations of non-compliance
- Reporting on compliance matters to senior management
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Conducting departments Audit
