What you'll do! · Developing andimplementing customer service strategies that align with the company's goalsand objectives. · Providing guidance tothe customer service team, ensuring that they are engaged, and providingexcellent service to customers. · Monitoring customerservice metrics, such as response times, resolution rates, and customersatisfaction, and make recommendations for improvements. · Managing customerrelationships, including handling escalated customer issues and buildingrelationships with key customers. · Identifyingopportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to improvecustomer service operations. · Collaborating with otherdepartments, such as product development and marketing, to ensure that customerfeedback is incorporated into product development and marketing strategies.
