Job Summary Responsible for orchestrating seamless marketing-related projects and elevating the implementation of marketing activities across various organizational departments. A pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of digital marketing programs. - Works independently and collaboratively with internal teams and outside vendors to further department projects and initiatives.
- Drive employee advocacy through programs including Comcast Ambassadors.
- Champions and propels initiatives forward with a masterful project management skill set. Asana or other project management platform experience a plus.
- Consistently navigates our CMS, executing website enhancements through application of HTML experience, and ability to seamlessly integrating forms with our marketing automation platform, and meticulously managing the customer journey taxonomy on the site. Experience in Drupal and Pardot a plus.
- Opportunity to dig into and build better user experiences for prospects and customers, and utilize creative ways to personalize our digital content.
- Supports lead queue management with routing and following up on interested leads that come through marketing efforts and/or via sales prospecting software.
- Enriches direct mail and gifting programs for both internal and external audiences, fostering meaningful connections.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. highly preferred.
- Reporting through GA4 experience
- Builds skillset in diverse marketing technology platforms to aid project support and ongoing management, encompassing ABM, marketing automation, and Salesforce CRM.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- A minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience
- GA4 experience is a plus
- Graphic design experience using Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud
- History of using Asana or similar project management platforms for tracking and communication
- Basic knowledge of HTML
- Experience with CRM's such as Salesforce is ideal, similar platforms applicable as well
- Vendor management experience is a plus
