Job Description The Main purpose of this position is as the Business Development - Electrical sales, the primary objective is being responsible for getting all legal and mandatory approvals at place. Ensuring the company`s registration as the approved electrical service provider to all industries, government bodies and utilities. Part of your role is to achieve annual sales targets and ensuring committed contribution levels. Able to identify opportunities and capable of managing the bidding process with a clear financial modeling of costing and risk assessment; able to negotiate and close contracts, using comfortable contract closure methodologies with customer and supplier base. And achieve expansion of the Business Potential of the group through understand the business dynamics, customer needs and partnering with the Principals. You will be responsible to manage, supervise and handle all Electrical Projects sales and services activities of the unit and all the certification, training and administrative functions of the unit. You will be responsible for the business development, for providing information in regards to annual budgeting, monthly forecasts, sales reporting, payment collection and inventory control; quality management for all services and products delivered, maintain good customer relationship; and interacting with the Principals with regards to matters related to product delivery.

Any Job Skills The identified candidate is a holder of Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 10 years` experience in managing successfully, Electrical Business Development to industrial establishments, EPC contractors, utility (Water distribution and Treatments), Oil and gas and Infrastructure sector in Sales and Business Development function. You should have an extensive experience in managing large accounts, Industrial Establishments and Government Works for their Projects and Product requirements from concept to commissioning. You must have thorough knowledge in Product, Project and Market Analysis; Completion Analysis; DMU relations and criteria, Account Management, Order Negotiation and Management, and Customer Relation Management. Understands the project cost analysis, risk analysis and mitigation and has an ability to understand emerging trends in the market and technologies and to be able to respond proactively. Registration with Bahrain society of Engineers and approved license holder form Electricity & Water authority kingdom of Bahrain is must.
