As a part of a dynamic team, you support different facets of our operations in an effort to consistently meet customer expectations.Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience on a local level and execute customer retention strategiesReport on key customer metrics and proactively address patterns of customer issuesServe as an interface with respective departments at our HQ location to resolve customer issues proactivelyAct as an expert in our CRM tool and ensure a high level of data accuracy at all timesBehind the scenesScope of WorkFull time, office-based positionHybrid ModelStandard business hoursMinimal international and domestic travel required**Requirements**:Relevant professional or internship experience in a similar position desiredA minimum of 1 year of professional Customer Service is desiredExcellent time management, organizational and administrative skills and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage high workloads autonomouslyStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted and collaborative relationships at all levels both internally and externallyFluent in English requiredSpanish language both written and spoken is a plus.
