Our long time AG Industry client is**_PARTNERING _**with**_STAFFING PARTNERS_** in search of an experienced**Help Desk Specialist **for this**IMMEDIATE & EXCELLENT CAREER OPPORTUNITY!****HYBRID WORK AVAILABLE -**:- Please _- for this position if you do not intend on residing within a commutable distance of Modesto, CA._- This position can be partially remote including ability to work in the Modesto office 2 to 3 days a week.**SALARY - **$23.00 - $24.00/ hr**BENEFITS** - Medical, Dental, Vision, Retirement, Vacation Pay, Generous PTO**LOCATION - **Modesto**HOURS - **This is a Full-Time Monday thru Friday position with flexible hours between the hours of 7:am to 6:pm, and Core Hours required to be available from 10:am to 2:pm.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**:- Provide first level contact and convey resolutions to user and stakeholder issues- Properly escalate unresolved queries to the next level of support- Track, route and redirect problems to correct resources- Update user data and produce activity reports- Advises users on the methods, steps, and actions to resolve and avoid future issues in a patient and informative manner- Follow up with users, provide feedback and see problems through to resolution- Utilize excellent customer service skills and exceed service expectations- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure of system tickets- Recommended procedure modifications or improvements- Preserve and grow your knowledge of help desk procedures, products and services**QUALIFICATIONS**:- Proven working experience in providing Help Desk support- Working knowledge of help desk software, databases, and remote control- Strong client-facing and communication skills to effectively understand the problem and explain its solution- Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills- Customer oriented**_ Knowledge of:_**- Microsoft 365- Pulseway (preferred) or other RMM software- Genuity (preferred) or other helpdesk software- Audio Visual systems- Computer Hardware- Computer Networking Principals- Troubleshooting skills**_ Skill in:_**- Microsoft server operating systems- Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems- Oracle Database Architecture- Audio Visual support**OTHER REQUIREMENTS**:- Participation in work-related upgrades and service restoration outside of normal working hours as needed- Highly motivated to keep abreast of technology and industry best practices, pursue relevant certifications, etc.**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:- An associate degree in information technology, computer science or related field preferred- Minimum of 2 years in the IT field- Microsoft Windows Certification**_To submit your resume, for any of the positions below:_
