You will get a job with freedom to explore your own ideas to determine the root cause, to see the result of your analysis impacting the design whether it is redesign, component-, or SW changes and the opportunity to work with cross functional teams in a global company.**Responsibilities**:You will become part of a growing team, with currently 2 dedicated team members in our Product Complaint and Analysis department which is part of the Product Engineering Center.As Analysis Technician you will analyze and test field returns. Based on the failure you will decide and perform whatever is necessary to determine the root cause, which could be component replacement, testing the unit in the laboratory or at customer site. In urgent customer cases we team up with Engineering, Application or SW department to accelerate the root cause finding. In these teams you will be a key player.Overall, the main purpose of your job will be to turn customer failures into knowledge and thereby impact product quality.**Background & Skills**:You define yourself as open-minded, independent, and not afraid to be challenged.
