Leverage your abilities and join the dynamic team of a leading company specializing in **the Contracting industry in Egypt, Cairo.****Key Accountabilities**:- Lead and participate in full life-cycle Oracle EBS R12 implementation projects, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.- Provide functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Financials for Projects (PJM).- Analyze business processes and requirements, identify gaps, and design solutions to enhance financial operations and reporting.- Configure Oracle EBS financial modules to meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to develop custom solutions where necessary.- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, configurations, and customizations.- Collaborate with stakeholders, including finance teams, IT departments, and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and operational excellence.- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Implement industry best practices to optimize financial processes and systems.**Knowledge, Skills, and Experience**:**We Are Looking For:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in ERP implementation functionally, with a focus on **EBS R12**.- Successfully completed at least one full life-cycle Oracle EBS implementation.- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial modules, including AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, and PJM.- Oracle certifications in financial modules are highly desirable.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
