Facilities Associate - Assiut Plant Snacks-egy

**Auto req ID**: 265755BR- Supervise and control annual operating facilities services plan average on 9 million EGP per year- Supervise facility services including proper hygienic catering and cafeterias via proper costs, pricing and services.- Conducts regular walk through of the facility to assist visual maintenance.- Managing the day to day housekeeping within designated areas in the plant.- Providing office supplies across farms.- Implement Asset management and transfers.- Maintain proper transportation shuttle bus management.- Supervise Travel logistics through carpool, service cars and car renting, assuring that all T& E local transportation requests are according to T&E Policy.- Implement Telecommunication infrastructure and mobile telecommunication and modems in accordance to Benefits policy.- Manage OS labor supporting him, monitoring and controlling their work schedules and shift mapping- Manage third party service providers HC like cleaning and maintenance teams- Responsible for the seating and archiving plans and implementation in the location- Attend plant daily meeting as a facility representative- COVID management as per safety requirements- Plans and supervises the visits and events that takes place on premises- Clinic management and preparation in coordination with medical team- Responsible for branding execution in location.**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in any field is a must- 2 or more years of related work experience.- Previous supervisory experience preferred.- Ability to coordinate the routine responsibilities of staff and resources.- Ability to present self in a highly professional manner to others and understands that honesty and ethics are essential.- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.- Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.- Ability to maintain a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers and client representatives.- Ability to provide clear directions and respond accordingly to employees.- Ability to use all relevant electronic and communication devices.**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
