**Market Access**Our Market Access team monitor population demographics and develop solutions to give patients access to our medicines. We act as both educators and advocates for our products, processes, and practices that help us revolutionize how our medicines create value in society.- Contribute to secure favorable and sustainable public policies on access to healthcare.- Optimize access & pricing of our products by creating value for Payers/HTAs- Gain & maintain national access existing/new products by submitting pricing, reimbursement & value dossiers.- Develop & implement projects/initiatives within the brand market access strategy (i.e., design & execution of market access tactics, development, and implementation of value story, etc.) to ensure patient gain access to our medicines & supporting products throughout their entire lifecycle- Establish strategic partnerships with health authorities, key payers, and policy makers through strategic health initiatives.- Monitor Egypt new Healthcare system, political environment and competitive landscape to capture events impacting access to medicine.- Participate in developing local health economics studies for reimbursement purposes.- Through analysis of the therapeutic value of our innovative drugs vs. their expected impact on the health care system budget, propose price and reimbursement modalities.- Through long term analysis of the market, build price and reimbursement strategies.- Collaborate closely with local and international colleagues from External Affairs, Outcome Research, Regulatory, Marketing, Medical and Market Research.- Share best practices and interact efficiently with colleagues from other countries, the region or headquarters.- Pricing/Reimbursement Filing and Negotiation.- Contribute to an optimal labelling of new products, together with the Regulatory Affairs Manager and the concerned Product Manager/Medical Affairs Manager, to guarantee a smooth registration/pricing/reimbursement process.**Skills Required**:- University degree ideally Medicine, Pharmacy.- Oncology / Vaccine Experience is a plus.- MBA degree or Health Economics Diploma is a plus.- 4-6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, at least 2 of them in Market Access / Policy role.- Preferred: good market access network with a good insight of the market access environment and key customers, strong interest in health policies and the healthcare system in general.- Very strong negotiation and communication skills.- Ideally fluent in English and Arabic languages.Our Human Health Division maintains a "patient first, profits later" ideology.
