We believe that anyone should be able to work anytime, anywhere.We are Backed by world class regional & international investors; BECO Capital, Wamda Capital, Khawarizmi VC, Wealth Well and Plug & PlayAs part of our growth, we are hiring a Senior Creative Marketing Designer to create high quality designs on a wide variety of things across all our media platforms.Being Located within a 3 hour window of GST timezone is mandatory for this role**Responsibilities**:As a Senior Creative Marketing Designer, you'll- Design our website and develop new components while working on a clear design system- Create high quality designs across multiple platforms and media- Work collaboratively with Growth & Marketing to create a holistic visual identity across everything we do as a company- Develop and improve brand identity, standards and brand- Academic background in graphic design, visual/human interaction, or related field- 5+ years of experience as a visual or UI/UX designer- Inspiring craftsmanship & obsession over details, colors and typography- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator, Sketch, or Figma- Animation skills (big plus)- To be located with a 3-hour window of GST timezoneYou'll get- Competitive compensation- Work remotely with flexible hours- Health insurance- Paid time off
