**Responsibilities**:- Work with clients to understand their business processes, needs and requirements and provide guidance on best practices for leveraging the ServiceNow platform.- Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and CMDB to meet the client's needs.- Provide technical support and maintenance for ServiceNow, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design, configuration, and testing documentation.- Provide training and support to end-users on the ServiceNow platform and related processes.- Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow and related technologies, including attending training and certification programs as required.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
