Have the opportunity to see the true impact that you're having in the work you do - every small thing counts.**Job Scope**:- The role is a key contributor for stabilizing the reliability of the lines in the factory through expediting the implementation of UMS tools & methodologies- Digital control of process parameters (and attacking give away by fine tuning the process**Job Main Responsibilities**:- Eliminate Waste and Losses according to the UMS (Unilever Manufacturing Systems) prioritization process using AM, PM, FI and QC pillar tools and methodologies.- Create Technical Standards to ensure process stability on the line.- Train line crews on technical standards and proper problem-solving techniques.- Identify and extend good practice to other lines.- Adopt Unilever Master apps (such as Build app/ NGTW & etc.) and train operators on new data collection tools- Working directly with the line crews daily focusing on phenomena identification, root cause analysis and the establishment of countermeasures.- Lead projects to eliminate minor stoppages/ changeover time and other losses through advanced and major Kaizens.- Analyze chronic losses through detailed Root cause analysis.- Mange quick Kaizens with Blue collars (front liners) and train them on proper problem-solving techniques.- Drive production cost savings through savings/ automation projects.- Attack RMPM Waste by implementing the right counter measure.**Job key Requirements & Qualifications**:- University bachelor's degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering- 0 to 2 years of engineering experience- FMCG/Manufacturing background is a plus.- Fluent in English- Experience of working with Microsoft Power BI, Apps Development and any Cloud Systems will be a plus.- Able to clearly understand operating principles and establish correct operating standards.- Team player with excellent analytical skills and proven problem-solving capabilities.- Strong technical understanding of manufacturing process improvement.
