You will be responsible to Drive for hourly HC optimization within the HC approved budget, Manage & Address all hourly related topics and KPI's, Follow and comply with local Labor Law regulations. Also you be focal point to provide support to MFG team in complying Internal Control & Risk Management rules & requirements. Accurate and timely compliance with GMI deadlines & GMAS audit requirements.Additional responsibilities include:- Drive the Hourly hiring to be within budgeted headcount.- Track and control the hourly related KPIs with the coordination of MFG function leaders & HR Department:- Actual HPU Calculation.- Daily attendance system & Absenteeism.- Vacation plan and consumption percentage.- Hourly Training Plan.- Support the management in the decisions related to the hourly growth and conversion from temporary workers (IBS) to GM.- Coordinate GM promotion.- Coordinate the hourly Lockers area and facilitate the related issues.- Support in conducting communication meeting; G/L meeting; Diagonal meeting.- Address union representative questions.- Direct the MFG leaders to maintain updated procedures.- Support the MFG functions to mitigate the business risks associated with the high risky areas.- Ensure effective Follow-up on open action plans until closure and help the business owner to select a reasonable timeframe for action plan.- Work on leveraging the departmental awareness on GM Internal Control.- Conduct MFG Internal Control monthly meeting.- Being the MFG ICC, participate in the monthly departmental ACM, and the weekly ICC meeting.- Oversee the departmental compliance with the annual global requirements (e.g. Mandatory training).- ILM reference.- Coordinates & Participates in internal audits.**Knowledge and Experience**:- Excellent English & Arabic language both spoken and written- Excellent Computer skills (Access and Power BI knowledge is a Plus)- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including effective report writing- Experience with analytical tools such as flowcharts, Pareto charts, cause, and effect diagrams, run charts, etc. six sigma certificates is an assist- Project and resource management experience**Education**:Six sigma knowledge is a plus- 4-6 years of relevant experience**Skills**:- Ability to act as a change agent & Drive result.- Ability to Lead & influence others- Ability to work efficiently under pressure- Complex Problem solving**Additional Job Description****Knowledge and Experience**:- Excellent English & Arabic language both spoken and written- Excellent Computer skills (Access and Power BI knowledge is a Plus)- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills including effective report writing- Experience with analytical tools such as flowcharts, Pareto charts, cause, and effect diagrams, run charts, etc. six sigma certificates is an assist- Project and resource management experience**Education**:Six sigma knowledge is a plus- 4-6 years of relevant experience**Skills**:- Ability to act as a change agent & Drive result.- Ability to Lead & influence others- Ability to work efficiently under pressure- Complex Problem solving**About GM**Our vision is a world with Zero Crashes, Zero Emissions and Zero Congestion and we embrace the responsibility to lead the change that will make our world better, safer and more equitable for all.**Why Join Us**We aspire to be the most inclusive company in the world.
