If you have an entrepreneurial mindset that allows you to always think out of the box - take the chance and shape the digital future together with us.**YOUR ROLE**:- Manage end-to-end purchasing activities in relation to direct materials to secure supply while driving continuous improvement initiatives- Build strong relations with internal key business stakeholders and maintain a reliable supply base for all categories through efficient supplier management approach- Participate with the regional team in supplier contract negotiations, supplier selection, and contract life-cycle management while ensuring proper execution of the agreed sourcing strategies- Act as a center-of-excellence for the respective categories through complete understanding of industry, competition, future technologies, and innovations- Liaise with Supply Chain, Quality, R&D, Operations, and other functions in relation to their respective tasks- Work with the gain (savings) committee to ensure proper brainstorming, planning, and execution of all projects to secure the needed budget savings and identify additional backup actions to recover any deviations vs pricing forecast- Deliver full purchasing program: best cost sourcing, supply base management, risk management, contract management, and cash net working capital management**YOUR SKILLS**:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any relevant study- Minimum of 5 years of relevant direct materials experience within Purchasing, preferably at a similar multinational FMCG- Fluent English speaker- Excellent negotiation skills and conflict-management capabilities- SAP knowledge is a plus**JOB ID**: req31018**Contract & Job type**: Full Time, Regular
