we are hiring a " Unit Sales Manager" for one of our main clients in Food and beverage industry in KSA**Responsibilities**:- Develop Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the center.- Support in the monitoring and controlling of the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the center.- Generate the sales of the company products in the center through a team of salesmen to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets.- Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the center.- Provide distributors and customers in the center with information about new or improved products and services to improve sales in the center.- Uphold in the developing and maintaining of an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the center to achieve or exceed the sales targets.- Implement all sales administration procedures relating to the center to support the sales teams in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.**Job Requirements**:- Graduated from any reputable university.- 5-7 years of sales experience including 4 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, preferably in the Dairy or FMCG industry.- Knowledge of sales and sales administration processes.- high Negotiation skills.
