The incumbent will work with the Human Capital and Management team to design and implement Internal Communication and Employer Branding strategies, plans and initiatives. They will manage the execution of all internal activities and events through the different channels in addition to working closely with the Human Capital and Marketing teams on digital marketing and offline plans to support strong consistent Employer Brand positioning.**Requirements**:- BSc/BA in mass com, business administration or relevant field- 3-5 year Internal/Corporate Communications and/or marketing experience- Excellent communication skills - English and Arabic- Copy writing skills are a great asset
