Our client, a Japan-based sizable freight services company with offices around the globe, is urgently seeking a Senior Accounting Executive / Accounting Supervisor to join their expanding team.
Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing the accounting slip, voucher, and other related documents from Branches.
- Supervise the settlement of revenue, monitor the collection status & AR aging.
- Support and advise accounting staff regarding finance & accounting issues.
- Assist in various audits in finance & accounting.
- Assist in budget control & monitor funds in Branches.
- Act as a Regional function and maintain close communication with HQ and Branches.
- Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Business trips may be required (occasionally).
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Accountancy or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of working experience in Accounting.
- Experience in i-Account (SAP system) is an advantage.
- Flexible, reliable, with good interpersonal skills.
