Job Summary : In our Freight Forwarding Division, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing logistics projects to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods and materials. You will work closely with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. Job Responsibilities :
- Plan, organize, and execute freight forwarding projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their logistics requirements and develop customized solutions.
- Negotiate contracts with carriers, suppliers, and other service providers to secure favourable terms and pricing.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to financial targets and delivery deadlines.
- Oversee the transportation and logistics process, including scheduling shipments, tracking cargo, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, highlighting achievements and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to the supply chain.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continually improve project management processes.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and business partners to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
