Plant Engineer

Job Description Objective: The incumbent will be responsible to manage all shifts ( I/II/III/G) activities related to molding machines and plant utility. Job Title: Officer / Executive – Plant Engineering Reporting Manager: Manager Location: Nashik Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identifying & solving break downs of injection moulding machines in shifts.
• Monitoring & analyzing break down & break down delays.
• Lowering repeated occurring break downs by modification & development.
• Conducting preventive maintenance of machines as per schedule.
• Monitoring & maintaining daily/monthly break down maintenance/CAPA data.
• Break down solving of utility equipment like EOT, air compressor, pump house, chillers & grinders.
• Arrangement & Maintaining day to day spare parts & raise purchase indent if required.
• Identifying & rectification of hydraulic leakages to minimize Hydraulic oil consumption.
• Hydraulic oil management – monitoring & Maintaining oil leakage data,
• Understanding strengths and weaknesses of maintenance technicians and rectifying the weaknesses through on job training as well as classroom training.
• Calibration of hydraulic, pneumatic gauges & water meters.
• Maintaining records of ISO 9001-2015 & 14001: 2015

• Break down maintenance
• Preventive and predictive maintenance
• Man handling and management
• Knowledge of SPM & CNC related to tool room.
