• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Strong technical background with expertise in software development, hardware engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing and scaling engineering teams, with a track record of successful project execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical and business considerations.
