Job Title: CALL CENTER OFFICER Unit: CALL CENTER AND SCHEDULING Job Category: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound, outbound, emails, live chat including surveys, telesales, or telemarketing activities, and other ways of communication as required.
  2. Answer calls within the time specified according to the business need.
  3. Update customer information on the system used (new and existing customers) and document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  4. Follow up on customers whenever needed (call backs).
  5. Build customer interest in the service and the product if required (upselling).
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints accurately and within a certain time frame, providing advice about possible remedies or solutions regarding their problems.
  7. Keep customer data confidential.
  8. Adhere to DSFH-Riyadh values and rules (which will be explained by the training team).
  9. Achieve the requested KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) monthly.
  10. Adhere to login time without any lateness unless there is an approved excuse from the shift leader.
  11. Adhere to any assigned tasks from the hospital that may be required in the future.
  12. Demonstrate compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to the patients as the patient is the center of our care.

Job Requirements / Qualifications:

Language: Arabic - fluent English Education: Diploma Experience: 1 year as Call Center representative
