Job Overview Position Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, new customer acquisition and market penetration within a designated region (Mumbai / Bangalore). You will develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones. Key Responsibilities: Sales Management:

  • Generate leads through various online / offline channels.
  • Develop and implement regional sales plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the Retail and Staffing scope of services.
  • Conduct sales presentations, proposal preparation and demonstrations to showcase our services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
Market Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to inform sales strategies.
Experience
  • 5-8 years of service selling / solution selling / B2B sales and minimum 2 years in Retail marketing and/or staffing industry.
Qualifications:
  • Any PG / Graduate
  • Proven experience in sales management within the Retail or Staffing industries.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
