Position - Senior Executive Experience - 9-10 Years (atleast 6-7 years in real-estate) Please refer below points for JD.
- Co-ordination between site engineers, project managers, internal architects and external service consultants for GFC drawings, site queries and RFI’s.
- Exhaustively reviewing and checking Drawings (Rera plans, Brochure Plans, MD, WD, EC drawings Etc.)
- Preparing saleable area statements and other internal documents as per given instructions.
- Preparing agreement plans and other details/data to circulate between internal departments.
- Collecting site data to prepare MIS Report.
- Systematically uploading all drawings and details on server and maintaining E-registers of the same.
- Updating project folders and files as jobs progress and revisions are made.
- Township site visit with external clients and other consultant for site survey, whenever required.
- Market survey/study for stakeholders and promoters, whenever required.
