Exp - 5-8 years CTC - 6 Lpa The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and employee management, with the ability to handle various HR functions efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Staffing: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. • Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, provide guidance on HR policies, and foster a positive work environment. • Performance Management: Develop and implement performance appraisal systems and ensure timely reviews. • Training & Development: Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions for employee skill enhancement • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. • Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies • HR Reporting: Prepare and present HR metrics and reports to the management. 8770594707 shivansh@white-force.in
