• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Lead and mentor on-site teams to achieve project excellence.
• Monitor and report on project performance and progress.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years as a Site Manager or in a similar role in landscaping or construction.
• Strong understanding of commercial landscaping practices and equipment.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams effectively.
• Skilled in interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Horticulture, Landscape Design, or Construction Management.
