The Executive Centre are looking to hire a Compensation & Benefits Manager Responsibilities: The position holder is to manage the organization’s compensation and benefits programs including salary and benefits programs, job evaluation and policies related to performance management. In addition, the incumbent is to supervise the administration of all compensation and benefits programs for the region and will work closely with the Finance function regarding the sales incentives plans if needed. The incumbent is to ensure the organization’s objectives and competitive position is maintained in the marketplace. Compensation Management

  • Develop and implement / review global compensation policies (relevant for Region), guidelines, and procedures to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • To manage and handle the compensation for the regional staff, job evaluation as well as the variable pay programs.
  • Responsible for full cycle of compensation review processes and all operating units that would include the annual salary review process, including budget allocation, performance-based adjustments, and promotions and prepare analysis for management approvals
  • To be responsible for the annual staff budget for the region and work with the business and Finance teams to track the staff budgets for the entire organization.
  • Manage compensation & benefits salary surveys, job matching, and related analysis to support market pricing and market benchmarking exercises
Benefits Administration:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of a comprehensive global benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits in all countries of operation.
  • Manage the selection and performance of benefits providers and vendors to optimize cost, coverage, and service quality.
  • Communicate and educate employees on the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
Global Coordination and Compliance
  • Collaborate with the global HR team to ensure consistent and equitable compensation and benefits practices across all countries of operation.
  • Monitor changes in local labor laws, regulations, and market trends, and adapt the compensation and benefits programs accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain robust reporting and analytics to track the effectiveness and ROI of the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing guidance and recommendations on compensation and benefits matters.
Requirements: Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably in a global or multinational organisation.
Skills
  • Comprehensive understanding of compensation and benefits best practices, labor laws, and regulations in multiple countries.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in using HR information systems and data analysis tools, should be excellent in using MS-excel.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages preferred.
