Empower Students as Our Secondary School Dean of Students Are you passionate about creating a supportive and dynamic environment for students to thrive? As our Secondary School Dean of Students, you will play a key role in guiding students to make positive choices, succeed academically, and grow personally in a safe, inclusive community. Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture of respect and responsibility through proactive behavior and attendance policies
• Serve as a mentor, providing guidance and support to help students navigate challenges
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support students’ academic and social development
• Oversee programs that promote student engagement, community involvement, and personal development
• Lead initiatives to create a safe, inclusive school environment where all students feel valued

• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in student support, counseling, or a similar role in a secondary school setting
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills, with a focus on student well-being and commitment to student advocacy
• Dedication to building a positive, inclusive school environment
