Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Manage relationships with key clients and partners.
Achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to enhance sales efforts.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
