As long as you reliably contribute your value and regularly take part in our team meetings via Zoom, you can organize your working hours as you wish.Working hours:10 - 20 hours / week "remote"Short and crisp:You make sure that our Instagram, TikTok and YouTube channels grow.Absolute condition:You are interested in alternative health concepts, biohacking and bioenergetics.Cut reels, TikToks and Youtube shorts from existing videos, create subtitles, create appealing thumbnails in Canva or Photoshop and publish everything regularly. Research and deliver ideas for longform videos and postcast episodes. Develop scripts.Research and planningYou'll look at our niche and get a good feel for which content is interesting for our target group and for which other target groups our content and products could also be of interest. With these insights, you will independently develop ideas for new content, write the scripts (preferably with the help of current AI tools) and create a release plan.Evaluation, analysis and optimizationYou are responsible for the analysis of our social media activities and create evaluations based on this (e.g. with the change in follower numbers, the reach of particularly successful posts or the number of newly reached accounts) and provide ideas on how we can optimize our content and channel based on this.What you should bring with you: You have at least one year of experience in the world of content marketing and are familiar with the platforms as well as the necessary editing programs. It doesn't matter to us whether you work with Capcut, Premiere or IMovie, or similar. You are able to work with an editor/videographer, manage them and understand their processes accordingly. You have experience in social media marketing. You are no stranger to shorts, reels and the like. Perhaps you have already produced content yourself or supported content production by providing content ideas or developing growth strategies. You have a general interest in marketing and Facebook ads, webinars, funnels, launches, email list building etc. are no strangers to you. You speak and understand English. You work in a structured, independent and proactive manner and have a "problem-solver" mentality. You are a team player and remain positive and solution-oriented even in the face of headwinds. You are able to manage yourself and don't get bored or "have nothing to do", but proactively look for ways to use your individual strengths for the benefit of our projects, even in quiet phases. You are quick on the uptake and can quickly familiarize yourself with new projects and situations. The topic of social media marketing makes your eyes light up. You are fascinated by how you can grab and hold the attention of our target group on social media. You are open to working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper and co. Our company is pro-AI.
