The Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a team to accelerate new seller acquisition through the Outbound channel. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within this new team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting leads data to provide actionable insights that will optimize the performance of the outbound lead cell to accelerate new seller acquisition. The Outbound Lead cell will convert leads into Amazon sellers by engaging leads and helping them through Registration, Verification, and Listing processes with a team of specialists for a high-volume, lead engagement environment for Brazil. Key job responsibilities Develop scalable processes using SQL, Python, and other languages to capture, enrich, and treat leads data. Define and validate lead scoring model. Help to define mass customized incentives. Develop key metrics and performance indicators to measure overall performance and provide foundation for continuous improvement. Build dashboards and reports to monitor activities and pipeline for lead conversion and seller productivity. Identify opportunities and make recommendations that include business insights and process improvements among other initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product to align analytics efforts with overall business goals. Run experimentation to learn and improve results. About the team Seller Marketing LATAM team is responsible for driving new seller acquisition for the 3P Marketplace in LATAM through marketing campaigns. We own both strategy and execution of marketing channels and programs. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience in a marketing role. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.). Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.
