Could you be the Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) in São Paulo we’re looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside dedicated and skilled teammates. You'll be at the helm of technical decision-making within your team, shaping the future of project engineering. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Managers, System Engineers, Designers), managing Project Engineering activities in compliance with our Engineering QCD commitment and much more. You’ll specifically take care of providing a global view of design progress to customers and partners, but also managing engineering risks and savings action plans. We’ll look to you for: Accountability for technical decisions within your team Representing Alstom Project Engineering to customers and consortium partners Regular reporting and performance analysis using PrEM cockpit tools Defining and applying the Engineering Management Plan Functionally managing the project engineering core team and their commitments Proactively managing engineering work packages, including baseline updates and validation of variation orders Another responsibility All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
