• Having very good exposure to Procurement of PET ,HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE, PP, ABS, SAN, POM, GPPS,PC, PET G K- Resin, Importing of Resins, Master Batches, Printing papers, Printing films, Flexographic Inks, Varnishes, Thermal Ribbons, Thermal transfer foils etc.
• Having good exposure for dealing with Reliance, IOCL, GAIL, HMEL, OPAL, and Supreme for procurement of above Raw material and dealers of imported resins.
• Should be having exposure for getting the details & arranging the contract signed with above suppliers.
• Having good exposure for procurement of packing materials e.g. corrugated boxes, Polybags Paper cores, Foam rolls, Wads etc.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize procurement processes for Plastics molding & Flexographic Printing raw materials and related supplies.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best terms, pricing, and quality for raw materials and other components required for manufacturing.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while actively seeking out new suppliers to diversify the supply chain and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to forecast material requirements and ensure timely procurement to support production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory management strategies to minimize excess inventory and reduce costs.
• Analyze market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage the purchase order process from requisition to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, such as quality concerns, delivery delays, or pricing discrepancies, in a timely and effective manner.
• Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance requirements related to materials procurement and supplier management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on purchasing activities, cost savings initiatives, and supplier performance metrics.
