Role Overview: We are seeking a UX/UI Designer with 5+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centric, and visually compelling interfaces, ideally in AI or data-focused domains. The ideal candidate is skilled in UX principles, information architecture, and usability testing while also excelling in creating polished, functional, and data-centric designs. This role involves simplifying complex workflows and creating exceptional designs that empower users to interact with data intuitively. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs and refine designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that bring concepts to life.
- Design visually compelling interfaces aligned with DBiz branding.
- Develop and maintain information architecture, content hierarchies, and scalable design systems to streamline usability and ensure design consistency.
- Collaborate closely with UX designers, UI designers, developers, and product managers to align user needs with business objectives.
- Innovate and refine data visualizations to make complex data actionable and engaging.
- Advocate for accessibility, inclusivity, and adherence to UX heuristics and usability standards in all designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for AI, machine learning, or data-driven products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in wireframing, information architecture, usability testing, and creating visually stunning interfaces.
- Experience designing data visualizations and simplifying complex data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Deep understanding of UX principles, heuristics, accessibility standards, and design systems.
- Basic understanding and experience with creating handoffs for development teams.
