JOB DESCRIPTION: The opportunity: Assistant Manager - Customer Quality plays a key role in ensuring that customers receive high-quality service and products. They will oversee the monitoring and improvement of customer satisfaction, address complaints, and help implement quality assurance procedures. This position also involves analyzing customer feedback, training staff, and collaborating with other departments to uphold service standards. The Assistant Manager works to ensure that any customer issues are resolved effectively and that quality standards are consistently met across the organization. What your role would be:
- Good knowledge of Multiple customer handling TML, M&M, FIAT, MSIL, MG, Honda, VW, Toyota etc.
- Good team handling skill.
- On Time response for the customer complaint & Strong knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements
- Analysis of the customer complaint including warranty with CFT.
- Review of action plan/G8D of customer complaints and problem-solving tools/skills.
- Sharing ideas & innovation with customer to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for approving deviation with consultation with quality head or either customer as require.
- Good Knowledge of Experience conducting internal audits & hosting Customer audits.
- Responsible for the FTN SIGN OFF from customer in New product & carry over parts.
- Responsible for the training & deployment of customer specific requirements throughout the organization
- Knowledge of PFMEA & other relevant QMS documentation
- Drive process improvement through of 5S, Safety & Kaizen
- Responsible to drive running product ECN.
- Co-ordination with sub-supplier for customer concern through purchase & supplier quality
- Gauges & fixture, Test rig development for existing & New product parts.
- Should take active participation in internal rejection analysis.
- BE / Diploma Engineering, Diploma-Plastic Technology/ CIPET
- 8 + years of Experience in a similar role & should have similar experience in QA. Should have excellent knowledge of Automotive requirements, Injection Molding process, Plating & Painting process.

- Knowledge of 7 QC tools, Six Sigma.
