Role Summary: Compensation and Benefits Lead will instrumental to design, implement, and manage our compensation and benefits programs. The ideal candidate will ensure that our compensation packages are competitive and aligned with our business goals, attract top talent, and retain valued employees. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, and collaboration with various departments to develop and maintain effective compensation and benefits policies. Job Location : Bangalore ● Develop and implement compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and comply with legal requirements. ● Conduct regular salary surveys and market research to ensure competitive compensation practices. ● Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. ● Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed decisions on salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives. ● Collaborate with HR and management to develop job descriptions and perform job evaluations. ● Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient delivery. ● Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits-related issues. ● Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits metrics to senior management. ● Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for benefits providers. ● Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding compensation and benefits. Required experience:
- 7+ yrs of overall experience
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in compensation and benefits management.
- Proven experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and compensation management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Qualification:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Certification in compensation or benefits (e.g., CCP, CBP) is preferred.
