- 12 to 15 years of Experience handling production or Quality Assurance or Production & Q.A. of Dairy Commodities. Procurement of Dairy Commodities.
- Auditing experience of Food safety Management system & QMS
- Vendor Audit for SMP & Butter ,Manufacturing facility audit , Bulk milk cooling units.
- Experience of Raw Milk Procurement & its supply chain.
- Knowledge of Milk and Milk related commodities - Commercial
- Knowledge of the Laboratory equipment's , production Equipment, Scientific process Knowledge,
- Inventory Management of Major Dairy commodities.
