Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing – India & South Asia to drive our regional marketing strategy, enhance brand positioning, and spearhead lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Forex and financial services marketing , with expertise in executing data-driven campaigns, digital marketing, and market penetration strategies. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for India and South Asia to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
  2. Oversee and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and affiliate marketing.
  3. Drive lead generation initiatives and optimize conversion rates through targeted campaigns and data analytics.
  4. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  5. Build and maintain strong partnerships with local influencers, affiliates, and media agencies to enhance brand reach.
  6. Develop content marketing and localization strategies to ensure effective engagement with target audiences.
  7. Ensure compliance with regional financial regulations and implement marketing initiatives accordingly.
  8. Manage and monitor the marketing budget , ensuring cost-effectiveness and high ROI on marketing investments.
  9. Analyze and report on campaign performance , providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing , with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role .
  2. Proven expertise in the Forex, CFD, or financial trading industry .
  3. Strong digital marketing skills , including PPC, SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  4. Experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, and influencer collaborations .
  5. Deep understanding of the India & South Asia markets , including cultural and regulatory considerations.
  6. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  7. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
