Summary: We are seeking a passionate and creative Senior Content Writer to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals.
• Plan and manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant content distribution.
• Create high-quality, engaging social media content, conversion-focused digital content, videos, and marketing materials tailored to children and young readers.
• Align with management on objectives and roadmap to ensure content supports overall business priorities.
• Establish and maintain brand voice, messaging, and content guidelines to ensure consistency across platforms.
• Analyze content performance metrics and optimize strategies to achieve higher engagement and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative marketing campaigns that deliver Hindawi’s mission of promoting knowledge and imagination.
• Work with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing content.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and digital publishing.
• Keep abreast of trends in children's literature and educational content to maintain relevance and engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, preferably for children’s content or educational materials.
• Strong skills in content strategy, planning, and execution, with a solid understanding of storytelling techniques and the ability to write engaging narratives for young readers.
• A passion for children’s literature and a commitment to fostering a love for reading.
