Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager at Seven Eleven Club & Hotels. The Housekeeping Manager will oversee and manage daily housekeeping operations, including supervising staff, managing laundry services, ensuring high levels of customer service, and handling communication related to housekeeping tasks. Qualifications
- Supervisory Skills and Hiring experience
- Proficiency in Laundry management
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of housekeeping standards and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure
